PRE-ORDER POLICY

At Double Take Collective, some products are offered as pre-orders. A pre-order allows customers to secure an item before it has been manufactured or restocked.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Production & Dispatch Timeframes
Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately. Production will begin once pre-orders close or once minimum order quantities are met. Estimated shipping timeframes will be provided on the product page; however, these are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing or supplier timelines.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the nature of pre-order products and the fact that production is organised based on the number of orders placed, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind once a pre-order has been placed.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or supplier factors outside of our control. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timeframes may vary.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a resolution.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.
